The brick's raw materials have been through steps such as batching, stirring and rolling. Further stirring, pumping, extruding and forming take place to created ordinary and hollow brick strips. This process is completed with the help of a cutting machine to cut the strips into bricks of different sizes and shapes. Most of the extruders used in this process consist of four parts including the upper stage, lower stage, vacuum system and electric clutch system.
The entire machine is made up with all-steel welded construction and goes through artificial aging to strengthen its structure. It is also much more compact and simple than two-stage machines. The domestic advanced axial pneumatic clutch is adopted to provide quick clutching and reliable functioning.
For soil plasticity index, it should be more than seven for hollow bricks and more than five for solid bricks.
